Job Description: As an CNA at our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our elderly residents. You will work closely with our team of nurses and healthcare providers to monitor and assess residents' health conditions, administer medications, perform wound care, and assist in other medical procedures as required.
