Graphic Designer Burlington Capital | Corporate Creative Services Team Burlington Capital has an excellent opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Corporate Creative Services Team, supporting multiple affiliates including national property management operations under Burlington Capital Properties. This position is ideal for an early-career designer looking to expand their experience across print, digital, web, and video marketing. This position is based at Burlington Capital's corporate headquarters at 10th & Farnam Street in downtown Omaha. Regular, in-office attendance is required for this role. Freelance or contract-only applicants will not be considered. Primary Responsibilities Assist with the design, editing, and content maintenance of WordPress websites. Create graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications Design print materials including newsletters, flyers, brochures, posters, event invitations, presentations, and floor plans Assist with creating and editing basic video content using Adobe Premiere Pro Support branding initiatives by maintaining consistent visual standards across multiple affiliates Collaborate with team members and internal departments to complete creative projects on schedule Manage multiple assignments while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Approximately one to three years of graphic design experience is preferred ; internship, freelance, or equivalent project experience may be considered Portfolio demonstrating creative work in print and/or digital design is required Working knowledge of WordPress Basic understanding of HTML is a plus but is not required. This position focuses on website content and design rather than web development or coding. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office Experience creating content for social media or digital marketing is a plus Strong written communication skills with a creative mindset Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment Additional Requirements Post-offer background screening required Must be able to work in a corporate environment supporting multiple business units If you meet the qualifications above, we encourage you to apply today!
