Administrative AssistantPerforms diversified secretarial duties supporting management and/or a physician.Responsibilities:Performs diversified secretarial duties including, but not limited to:Typing various forms of correspondenceScheduling appointments, meetings, etc.Transmitting various documents using computer, mail, and/or faxRecordkeepingMaintaining files and filing systemsTaking meeting minutesReceptionist dutiesMaintaining office inventory and ordering suppliesPerforms related duties, as required.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent, required.Prior clerical experience, required.Ability to communicate effectively.Additional Salary DetailThe salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
