Staff Accountant
Healthcare Realty is a real estate investment trust focused on acquiring, developing and managing medical office buildings and outpatient facilities throughout the United States. The company is recruiting for a staff accountant. This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our Nashville corporate office. The position involves full cycle accounting for a portfolio of medical office buildings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly close procedures
- Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis
- Provide accounting support to the portfolio's asset managers
- Other various accounting and analytical responsibilities
Bachelor's degree with a major or concentration in accounting is required. Excellent communication skills, computer proficiency with strong Excel knowledge required.
