Compensation:
$40.00–$45.00 per hour, depending on experience

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a patient-centered dental team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about preventive care, patient education, and building long-term relationships with patients while delivering high-quality clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing using gentle and effective techniques
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and document findings electronically
• Take and evaluate digital radiographs, including CBCT imaging
• Utilize intraoral cameras and other dental technologies to support diagnosis and patient education
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Ensure a positive and comfortable patient experience

Qualifications

Required:
• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused approach to care

Preferred:
• Local anesthesia certification
• Experience with digital radiography and CBCT imaging
• Experience using intraoral cameras
• Proficiency with ultrasonic instrumentation
• Experience with electronic dental charting systems
