Critical Care/ICU-CCU - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Critical Care experience.

• Experience with Cerner is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Great River Health System (Direct) Program - Main.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Driver’s License/State ID

Traveler will be responsible for self-studying Telemetry strips upon acceptance and a Basic Dysrhythmia test out will be given first week of assignment. This must be passed in order to work on our ICU-CCU units.

Unit/Facility Details: This position will provide support for the unit as we prepare for the Epic go-live.

Shift & Scheduling:

Estimated work week 36-hours with the possibility of overtime.

While the traveler will not be part of a regular call rotation, they may occasionally be placed on call during periods of low census. If called in, the traveler is expected to be able to respond and arrive on-site within one hour.
