POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Formal Education / Training:
High School graduate or equivalent.

Workplace Experience:
One year medical office experience preferred.

Equipment and Skills Training:
Able to follow directions.

Physical Environment:
Office environment.

Physical Effort:
Must be able to sit, stand, communicate in English, both verbally and in written form, squat, and reach overhead.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

1. Provides support to clinical staff, support staff, and physicians.
\n
2. Stocks rooms and replaces inventory.
\n
3. Prepares exam rooms for the next patient.
\n
4. Carries documents and records to the needed location. Obtains signatures on documents as needed.
\n
5. Transports patients to x-ray rooms. 
\n
6. Interacts with patients in a pleasing manner.
\n
7. Assist with patient flow if needed.
\n
8. Works as a team member.
\n
9. Follows proper lifting techniques to prevent back injury.
\n
10. Maintains open line of communication with all staff.
\n
11. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
\n
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
