Travel Physical Therapist
Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care
Role: Travel Physical Therapist Responsibilities: Provide patient care services, document care, communicate with colleagues, educate LPTA(s) and clinicians, and accept travel assignments as directed by the Clinical Director. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited school, current state licensure, CPR certification, and a minimum of one year of therapeutic experience outside home health. Must have strong knowledge of physical therapy theory, evaluation, and treatment skills. Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities, willingness to travel, and commitment to continuing education (minimum 12 hours annually).
