Every day, our colleagues are challenging what’s possible and making headway to innovate new treatment pathways to advance patient outcomes and set new standards of care.Fabricate machine parts to specifications using a CNC machine or non-CNCmachine.Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, millingand Horizontal machines .• Measure, examine and test completed units in order to detect defects andensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such asmicrometers.• Inspect finished pieces.• Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.• Observe and listen to operating machines in order to diagnose machinemalfunctions and to determine need for a Set Up Operator to makeadjustments.• Keep required coolant levels on machine.• Position and fasten work pieces.• Complete Quality Control paperwork – Operation Sheets• Separate Parts• Move material or parts• Sweep and keep areas neat• Follow Safety Rules• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)Other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements• High School Diploma or equivalent• Mechanically Inclined• Ability to handle specified equipmentSalary Pay Range:$16.68 - $22.12 USD HourlyOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
