We are currently seeking a QA Manager with a retail domain for our client based in San Ramon, CA ( on-site ).

Job Title: QA Manager

Location: San Ramon, CA (Need local)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Experience 15+

Visa: Any visa status is acceptable. H1B candidates can be considered for transfer after 6 months. GC candidates must be on W2.

Retail domain experience is mandatory

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager with strong leadership experience and a solid background in the Retail domain . The ideal candidate will lead QA initiatives and teams while overseeing automation and testing activities across applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage QA teams and end-to-end testing activities.
• Define QA strategies, processes, and test plans.
• Manage automation, functional, regression, and API testing.
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams.
• Track testing progress, defects, risks, and overall quality metrics.
• Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Need 15+ Years experience in QA automation.
• 4 5+ years of QA Management/Leadership experience.
• Strong Retail domain experience Mandatory .
• Hands-on experience with Java and Selenium and Playwright .
• Strong experience with BDD frameworks.
• Experience with API Testing and automation.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test automation, and Agile practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
