About the Role:
Seaton Paving & Sitework is looking for a driven and organized Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly in Fort Myers, FL. This is a key behind-the-scenes role where your attention to detail and leadership will directly support our field crews and growing business. If you thrive in a fast-paced construction environment and love bringing order to a busy office, we want to hear from you!
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, administrative functions, and office staff coordination
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and job cost tracking
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate subcontractor agreements, vendor relationships, and purchase orders
- Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and contract administration
- Maintain compliance records, insurance certificates, and licensing documentation
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and client communications professionally
- 3+ years of office management experience, preferably in construction, paving, or a related trade industry
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting/job costing software
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping principles
- Experience with payroll processing and HR administrative functions
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
