Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure exceptional client care. Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create tailored treatment plans. Qualifications: To join our team, you’ll need: A Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field. Active BCBA certification from the BACB. Minimum of 1 year as a BCBA.
