Midas Dublin is a busy, established auto repair shop looking for a skilled, dependable all-around mechanic to join our crew. Whether you’re a seasoned technician or a hardworking up-and-comer ready to grow, we want someone who takes pride in quality work and treats every customer’s vehicle like their own. We service everything from brakes, exhaust, and suspension to diagnostics, alignments, and full maintenance — so there’s always variety in the work and plenty of room to build your skills. What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles accurately and efficiently Perform brake, exhaust, suspension, steering, and alignment work Handle routine maintenance: oil changes, tire service, fluid flushes, batteries Run diagnostics and clearly explain needed repairs to customers Keep your bay clean, safe, and organized Deliver honest, high-quality work that keeps customers coming back What We’re Looking For Hands‑on experience as an automotive technician or mechanic Well‑rounded knowledge across brakes, exhaust, suspension, and general repair ASE certification a strong plus (we’ll support you in getting certified) Own set of basic tools Valid driver’s license and clean driving record A reliable, team‑first attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer Pay based on your knowledge and experience Bonus opportunities on top of base pay Health / dental / vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Tool and ASE certification assistance Steady, year‑round work in a busy shop A supportive team and opportunities to advance #J-18808-Ljbffr Midas DUBLIN 1865
