Jackson Automotive Group is seeking professional, bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representatives to join our team. Training is available for the right candidate.

We're looking for highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Attend product and sales training courses.
• Follow up on all post-delivery items such as title/paperwork, feature & benefit usage and any special requests to ensure that customer expectations are not just met but exceeded.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Macon, GA 31210: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
