Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License is required
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric or schools-based SLP settings
• Comfortable managing a preschool caseload and familiar with relevant assessments and interventions
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for preschool students
• Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to support student progress
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and recommendations for service delivery
• Engage in ongoing professional development and consult with a Clinical Advisory Team for best practices
