Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Pay Range: $25 - $28/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to provide front- and back-office support while assisting with radiology-related patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience, excluding externship experience.

• Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred.

• Radiology Tech experience or knowledge required.

• Bilingual Spanish preferred/required per role.

• Phlebotomy/Venepuncture experience required.

• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support front-office and back-office operations.

• Greet, register, room, and assist patients.

• Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls.

• Obtain and document patient vital signs.

• Perform blood draws and venepuncture.

• Administer vaccines as directed.

• Assist the Radiology Tech with patient and clinical support duties.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and EMR records.

• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and center staff.

• Support health education and outreach activities.

• Follow applicable safety, clinical, and compliance procedures.
