Oil Burner Service Technician - HVAC | $38.00 to $45.00 + per hour. We pay based on experience and capabilities
Work Hours: Day Shift, 8-hour workday; flexible start time
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, overtime available, and on-call rotation
Job Duties:
- Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Working with oil burners, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems
- Propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers
- Experience service /maintenance/ troubleshooting / repairing, a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment
- Consulting customers on repair, upgrade and replacement options, and educating homeowners products
- Contact tech support with diagnostic questions
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Daily use of tablet

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience
- Massachusetts Oil Burner License
- EPA Universal - Desired
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and HVAC system performance techniques
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC technical school certification - Desired
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
