Partnering closely with our doctors, clinical assistants, and leadership team, you'll set a welcoming vibe, keep practice flow running smoothly, and ensure every patient leaves happier than when they arrived. What You'll Do (Your Impact) Deliver 5-Star Customer Service: Greet patients with a warm smile, answer calls, and make everyone feel right at home from the moment they walk in. Keep Schedule & Operations Moving: Manage seamless patient scheduling and appointment confirmations to ensure our doctors and clinical team can maximize patient care time. Manage Patient Accounts & Records: Maintain accurate dental health records, handle insurance eligibility checks, and keep patient accounts up to date. Support Practice Excellence: Pitch in with light general housekeeping and help monitor office stock levels so the team always has what it needs to succeed. What We're Looking For A Kind, Positive Presence: Genuinely friendly, respectful, and passionate about helping people transform their smiles. Strong Communicator: Clear, warm verbal and written communication skills (bilingual Spanish skills are a great plus, but all great communicators are encouraged to apply!). Master Multitasker: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team Player & Problem Solver: Resourceful, open to growth and constructive feedback, and proactive in anticipating doctor, team, and patient needs. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of administrative or customer-facing office experience preferred. Comfortable with basic computer navigation and digital recordkeeping.
