The care setting is a skilled nursing care facility.Position requirements:- Registered RN with Ohio License and a minimum of one year of RN experience- Valid Ohio Driver's License- Competency in information technology- Evaluation skills sufficient to report to RN Case Manager clinical details to support patient needs and goals- Documentation skills sufficient to record patient/family- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
