Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a valued professional supporting multiple grade levels, you’ll provide essential therapy services to help students achieve greater independence and success in their educational journey. This is a full-time, school-based position beginning August 12, 2026, and continuing through May 26, 2027, with a consistent weekday schedule — 35 hours distributed across five days weekly.

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license for North Carolina (NC OT License required)
• Previous experience delivering OT services in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions for students with diverse needs across varied grade levels
• Dedicated to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans for K-12 students
• Provide direct group and one-on-one therapy sessions in accordance with students’ IEP goals
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to monitor progress and recommend strategies for generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress reports
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
