Southern Health Partners is looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Rabun County Jail. What You'll Do
As part of our healthcare team, you will:
✨ Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
✨ Conduct sick call and evaluate patient concerns
✨ Administer medications and treatments as ordered
✨ Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers
✨ Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
✨ Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare teammates to provide safe, quality care
