Netenders Freelance SEA/PPC Specialist

Netenders is looking for an experienced freelance SEA/PPC specialist to support the growth of their international brands: Wordans, Needen, EGOTIER, and Ntextil.

Acting in 23 countries and available in 15 languages, Netenders is a leading B2B and B2C e-commerce player, specializing in textiles, customization, and lifestyle products.

Your Mission

• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, Display, and other platforms as per your specialty)
• Develop and lead international acquisition strategies
• Review and optimize call-to-actions, homepage, and texts in your native language to maximize conversions
• Analyze performance and implement continuous optimization plans (ROAS, CPA, profitability)
• Collaborate closely with our internal marketing team and other freelance experts
• Apply your SEO and CRO knowledge to improve on-site SEO, sitemaps, and user experience

Candidate Profile

• Proven SEA/PPC specialist with 3–5 years of experience in high-budget campaigns
• Google Ads certifications required (Search, Display, Video/YouTube, Shopping as per specialization)
• Meta Ads certification is an advantage
• Strong experience in YouTube Ads and Display valued
• Ability to combine creativity with performance
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); a third language (Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Finnish, Polish, Czech, Croatian, or Greek) is a great advantage
• E-commerce experience with a focus on ROI and profitability
• Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and sitemaps
• Autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation
