We're looking for Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with amazing kids on the autism spectrum—and trust us, no two days are ever the same! Behavior Technician - Part Time (Afternoons/Evenings 3pm-7pm) $19 - $23.99/hr *Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time). Not registered as a Behavior Tech? Don't worry, we provide supervision for those working towards their RBT certification.Newly hired Behavior Techs will receive a pay increase upon the successful completion of the required Behavior Technician coursework and exam (usually within the first 90 days of employment). Expectations: Turn goals into games and skills into superpowers Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help children thrive Cheer on progress, comfort through challenges, and high-five every win Learn specialized behavior approaches and implement behavioral strategies under the guidance of a Case Supervisor Help to improve students' communication skills, social skills, play skills, motor skills, self-help skills, school readiness skills, and self-management skills Maintain accurate records through daily documentation of student progress and adherence to prescribed behavior plan Work collaboratively with the client’s parent, teacher, and other allied specialists to implement positive interventions Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Willingness to take the RBT course and exam Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite) Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage) and have the ability to travel to multiple locations must clear IChat Environment & Physical Qualifications: Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs About TES: Total Education Solutions (TES) is a female-owned organization led by experienced educators and clinicians who are passionate about creating opportunities for individuals of all abilities.
