Ready to run complex CNC work from setup to finish?

Location: Trevose, PA

Training & Shift: Train on 1st shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM EDT), then move to 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM EDT).

What you'll handle
  • Operate drill presses, manual mills, CNC mills, manual lathes, and CNC lathes.
  • Load CNC programs; install and adjust chucks, tool holders, attachments, vises, collets, bushings, stops, and stock pushers.
  • Make in‑process program and control adjustments to achieve spec.
  • Load/unload materials and parts; verify settings using first‑article and sample checks.
  • Inspect parts using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and machinist tools; confirm conformance to drawings and company standards.
  • Observe and control drilling, grooving, turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing; detect malfunctions; troubleshoot; replace worn tools.
  • Document actions to maintain continuity across shifts; communicate irregularities and ongoing needs.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly work area in line with 5S; sustain equipment and supplies.
  • Follow company, OSHA, and EPA procedures; recognize and report hazards; comply with all safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as required at the same level.
Bring these qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 5 years operating and programming CNC mills or lathes (7 years preferred).
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English.
  • Strong math and trigonometry skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork; able to work independently with minimal to no supervision.
  • Ability to read and interpret part and tool prints.
  • Experience using precision measuring tools and holding close tolerances.
Physical requirements

Stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. Occasionally lift/move up to 35 lbs. Vision: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
