About Cranial Technologies Cranial Technologies is dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly and infant ear shape correction. We develop and use the DOC Band® to reshape head shapes and EarWell® to correct ear shapes in infants. Job Summary We are looking for a Nationwide Traveling Physical Therapist based out of Las Vegas, NV. This full‑time position requires travel to any of our clinics across the United States. The successful candidate will work in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, treating infants exclusively. Responsibilities Travel to any state where Cranial Technologies has a clinic (currently 32 states). Travel typically on Monday afternoon/evening; work in clinic Tuesday through Friday; fly home Friday afternoon/evening. Receive travel assignments at least 2 weeks in advance. Travel each week to a local clinic or another state; preferred candidates live near a major airport. Provide direct patient care to infants, reshaping head and correcting ear shapes with DOC Band® and EarWell®. Develop relationships with families throughout the treatment process. Adopt a caseload from another clinician and meet new families weekly. What a Clinician Does As an expert in evaluating and treating plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, the clinician performs assessments, designs individualized orthotic interventions, and provides hands‑on care to infants. The role requires strong knowledge of symmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant development. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum of 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf orthotic devices. State‑issued REAL ID compliant license or equivalent TSA‑accepted travel documentation required by start date. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
