About the role The Executive Assistant & People Coordinator serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership while supporting the Company's people-focused initiatives and daily HR operations. This role provides high-level administrative support to senior leaders and assists with employee programs, onboarding, engagement activities, communications, training coordination, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. This position plays an important role in supporting both organizational effectiveness and positive employee experience. What you'll do Executive Support Provide administrative support to designated executive leaders. Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas and presentations. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Screen and prioritize communications on behalf of executives. Coordinate executive expense reports and reimbursement requests. Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information. Assist with strategic projects and special initiatives. Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders. People Coordination & Employee Experience Support employee onboarding activities. Assist with employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives. Assist with coordination of employee events, celebrations, and company-sponsored activities. Support internal communication and rollout of employee programs and initiatives. Support HR compliance and record retention activities. Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department and leadership team. Qualifications 1-3 years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders. Experience in Human Resources, employee services, office administration, or related functions preferred. Experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries is a plus. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
