Shift: 3x12s, Days, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Requirement description : · Must have a minimum of 24 months PCU experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]
· Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]
· No hits on state license to practice - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
· Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] 
· Active license to practice—verified in last 30 days [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
· Active ACLS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
· Active BLS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
· Driver's License [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Arizona
