Senior Project Manager

Managing all aspects of medium to large complex projects, the full-time Missouri Licensed Senior Project Manager will oversee project execution from Schematic Design through Close Out, focusing on healthcare facilities and related infrastructure in a remote capacity, preferably for candidates located in the St. Louis region. Key responsibilities Lead project teams in developing and implementing assigned projects while ensuring adherence to functional and business requirements, timelines, and approvals Ensure compliance with educational, regulatory, and contract administration requirements, while promoting diversity and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle Oversee the completion of various project types, including renovations and infrastructure upgrades, while managing project planning, execution, and change management Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 5-10 years of relevant project management experience Experience in construction management, preferably in the healthcare industry Licensure or certification such as CHC or OSHA 30 is preferred Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
