WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

Process inventory orders, stock requests, transfers, adjustments, and receipt transactions within the inventory management system. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, ensuring accuracy and rejecting damaged or incorrect items. Pick, stage, package, label, ship, deliver, and coordinate distribution of stock and non-stock orders, including departmental requests, vendor returns, and outgoing packages. Maintain inventory organization by restocking shelves, managing stock locations, troubleshooting delivery issues, and overseeing returns. Provide administrative and clerical support, maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation, and collaborate with department leaders and Finance on inventory forecasting and supply needs. Safely operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts as certified), utilize inventory software and barcode scanners, perform physical inventory duties, and complete other responsibilities as assigned by the Purchasing Manager. Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

1-2 years of previous experience in inventory, warehouse, purchasing, receiving, or a related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record required at time of hire. Forklift Operator Certification required. Ability to learn and utilize inventory management systems, barcode scanners, and warehouse equipment. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift, move, and transport materials as needed.
