Preferred Qualifications Experience in an administrative/secretarial role, customer service, or business office Experience in database management Education High school diploma or equivalent. Certification Summary No professional certifications required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated verbal/written communication, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated skill at typing 50 error-free words per minute Personal computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Windows-based and/or hospital-related database systems and applications Job Responsibilities Provides clerical support to management or departmental staff by entering information into appropriate computer systems and programs.
