Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney – Family, Municipal, Civil Litigation, and Landlord/Tenant Law Lakeville, Massachusetts A small, well-established law firm based in Lakeville, Massachusetts is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our practice. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced counsel in a collaborative environment, with exposure to a diverse caseload including family law, municipal matters, and landlord/tenant disputes. Responsibilities Representing clients in Probate and Family Court, Housing Court, and District Court proceedings Drafting pleadings, motions, agreements, and legal memoranda Conducting legal research and case analysis Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Assisting with case strategy and litigation preparation Qualifications Admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or pending admission) Strong legal writing and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines Experience or demonstrated interest in family law, municipal law, civil litigation, and/or landlord/tenant law preferred Strong interpersonal and client communication skills Application Requirements Resume Writing sample Law school transcript Professional references Compensation and Benefits Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
