QSR MANAGER

Location: Giovanni's 9705, 20114-A Spruce River Rd, Jeffrey, WV, 25114 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of employees, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, scheduling, and inventory management Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any customer complaints or issues Train and develop team members to deliver top-notch service and maintain a positive work environment Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food preparation and presentation Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Qualifications: Previous experience in a QSR or fast-food restaurant management role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software #J-18808-Ljbffr Par-Mar-Stores
