• Provide nursing care to patients in the medical/telemetry unit of the hospital.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions frequently.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
