Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist – Travel – Denton, Texas. Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities The Physical Therapist/PT is responsible for the assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care, establishing and administering treatment programs, setting realistic goals, documenting patient condition, and educating patients and families. Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. Must have graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year’s experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification. Other requirements as determined by the client facility.
