Caring and Innovative Health Center seeks a Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician near Worcester Massachusetts! Contact: Anna Craig, Company :
- Team setting, people help each other out here, this is a caring place
- 5 locations, 25 providers, 400 team members, 20 years in practice
- Solid tenure with many team members, 15 yrs to 20 years
- EPIC EMR
- 2 months paid time off per year! (5 weeks sick/vaca, 2 weeks holidays, 1 week CMEs)
- $220, 000 - $250, 000 / year
- plus productivity bonuses, plus sign on and relocation money
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Retirement with 3% Match
- Malpractice covered, liability covered, dental fully covered
- Monday-Friday role 8am-5pm with the option for a long day 8a-7p followed by a shorter day
- Option for a 4 or 4.5 day work week
- 16-24 patients per day on average
- Team based mindset with collaborative environment
- can be 100% patient care, or 80-90% seeing patients and 10-20% Associate Medical Director, as an option. You can also not do the director part of the role and just see patients, your choice.
- Family Medicine Physician BE or BC - FM or Internal Medicine Physician BE or BC - IM
- flexible person, someone willing to help another team member, someone who wants to work with a lower income patient population
- open to J1 and H1B visa sponsorship candidates
