Travel Physical Therapist - $2,456 per week

Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Danvers, Massachusetts. Join this traveling Physical Therapist role where you will help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience providing physical therapy in a skilled nursing facility or long‑term care setting preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads and document per facility and payer requirements. Current professional liability insurance preferred.
