Overview The Temp Scheduler Student Worker supports experienced schedulers to ensure accurate and timely scheduling processes for pipeline operations. This student‑level role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment while developing professional skills and industry knowledge. Responsibilities Support and engage with experienced schedulers to maintain accurate scheduling processes according to pipeline and departmental cut‑offs. Accurately nominate a pipeline Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and utilize internal systems as available. Schedule daily volumes for supply, markets, and interconnects. Track storage injections, withdrawals, and balances. Confirm daily and monthly nominations with internal and external schedulers. Update Endur to facilitate invoice and statement processing; assist in resolving billing and pathing discrepancies and respond to questions promptly. Communicate maintenance schedules, service interruptions, Operational Flow Orders (OFO) capacity issues, and operational conditions to Front Office. Communicate with and cultivate relationships with scheduling counterparts and pipeline representatives to ensure operational integrity. Contribute to departmental projects by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and support new initiatives. Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external parties. Perform other duties as assigned. Shift and Work Hours Must be willing to work during business hours, after hours, early mornings, nights, weekend shifts, and some holidays. Flexibility is required to accommodate class schedules. Education and Experience Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program at a local university with a graduation date of May2026 or December2026. Preferred majors: Accounting, Business, Finance, Marketing, or Management. Preferred: Minimum two (2) years’ work experience. Basic Qualifications Excellent organizational/interpersonal skills with a strong focus on safety. Valid State Driver’s License and a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
