If you're a compassionate Registered Nurse with strong clinical and leadership skills, this is an outstanding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting a team committed to exceptional resident care.As an RN Supervisor, you will oversee nursing operations during your assigned shift, ensuring high-quality clinical care, regulatory compliance, and a positive experience for residents, families, and staff.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, during assigned shifts.Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care.Provide clinical leadership and serve as a resource for nursing staff.Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.Promote compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies.Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes.Assist with staffing coordination and shift assignments as needed.Support infection prevention, quality assurance, and risk management initiatives.Maintain survey readiness and assist during regulatory inspections.Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.QualificationsCurrent and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, or Long-Term Care setting preferred.Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and leadership abilities.Knowledge of CMS regulations and long-term care best practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary up to $125,000 per yearMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holiday pay401(k) retirement planOngoing education, training, and career advancement opportunitiesSupportive leadership team and collaborative workplace cultureModern rehabilitation and skilled nursing environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents every dayJob Type: Full-Time Schedule: Evening and Night Shifts Available; Weekends as Needed Work Location: In Person – Somers, NYEqual Opportunity EmployerINDRN
