120-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility Complete Care at Brakeley Park is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department in Phillipsburg, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader to join a supportive, established team and make a meaningful impact on resident care, staff development, and overall clinical outcomes. Responsibilities for Director of Nursing (DON):
- Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations
- Maintain high standards of resident care, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing leadership and clinical staff
- Partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team
- Oversee staffing, clinical processes, surveys, and quality initiatives
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective action plans
- Build a positive, accountable, and resident-focused nursing culture
- Active New Jersey RN license required
- Previous Director of Nursing experience strongly preferred
- Strong skilled nursing/long-term care experience
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- 120-bed skilled nursing facility
