THE POSITION: BUSSER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently to support the flow of service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and restocking service area Support servers and runners by assisting with water service, bread service, and general table maintenance Anticipate the needs of guests and the service team to ensure a smooth dining experience Work collaboratively with all Smith team members to maintain pace and hospitality standards Uphold all food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements Assist with opening and closing side work, including stocking, polishing, and cleaning QUALIFICATIONS You exemplify the highest standards of honesty and integrity. You are highly confident in your abilities and are detail-oriented. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills. You genuinely get joy out of making people happy and are able to have fun while working You have a love and passion for the hospitality industry. Learning about food and beverage excites you. You are willing to go above and beyond to please guests.
