As a Lead Cook, you'll be part of a passionate team delivering an authentic yet innovative dining experience with global inspiration. What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a team of cooks, sharing your passion and expertise
- Set the pace and tone for a high-performing, efficient kitchen
- Forecast prep needs and manage station operations
- Ensure compliance with all state restaurant health codes and regulations
What You Bring
- 2+ years' experience as a line cook
- Expert knife skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience working across multiple kitchen stations
- Experience leading a culinary team
- Familiarity with inventory management and food cost control
