Insurance Sales & Customer Service Rep - Immediate Opening

Job Description

We’re seeking an energetic, customer-focused Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and coverage reviews
Generate and present tailored insurance quotes
Conduct sales presentations and guide clients to appropriate coverage
Identify cross-selling opportunities to expand accounts
Follow up consistently with clients and prospects
Develop networking relationships within the community
Manage multiple customer requests while maintaining service standards

Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (required)
Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or customer service experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to meet goals and performance expectations
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professionalism, integrity, and dependability
