Location & Site Specific Information: Houston, TX Zip Code 77092 The Compliance Manager (formerly Field Supervisor) is an expert on company policy and procedures. Standard post inspections will be conducted daily, and the Compliance Trainer may assume a post in the event of an unscheduled absence. He/she will maintain regular communication with officers on-shift to ensure efficient coordination and effective implementation of security measures, ensuring smooth operations at all sites.Schedule:Sunday | 5:00PM - 5:00AMMonday | 5:00PM - 5:00AMTuesday | 5:00PM - 5:00AMWednesday | 5:00PM - 11:00PMTotal weekly hours = 42 hours (set schedule)Responsibilities:Monitor and coordinate the shift operations of the security team, ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are followed correctly.Train security personnel, including new hires.Substitute posts in the event of unscheduled absences.Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents, and investigations.Review daily activity reports and incident reports on a daily basis.Receive, document, and escalate Security Officer questions and concerns.Provide ongoing documented field training for new and existing officers.Ensure every new officer is visited at least once per shift for the first week of their employment.
