WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES As a full- or part-time Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant, you'll spend your day meeting with patients, managing medication reduction plans, and having important goals of care conversations to develop long-term health plans for each patient. In this nursing role, you'll work closely with the MedCap Health team yet have the autonomy to make decisions and craft individualized care plans. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A NURSE PRACTITIONER - PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT Active DEA license (new grads are welcome!) Coachable and trainable with a willingness to learn and grow Adaptability in a dynamic clinical setting WORK SCHEDULE This position offers full-time opportunities, working Monday to Friday in an inpatient setting.
