This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.

Job Details:

• $0.43 per mile

• Detention pay per hour: $20 - $24

• Drop and hook per stop: $35

• Live load/unload per stop: $45

• Driver load/unload per stop: $45

• Hazmat per load: $25

• Refrigerated per load: $30

• Crosstown per load: $15

• Empty move per load: $15

• Empty search per hour: $20

• Equipment cleaning per hour: $20

• Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20

• Rail delay per hour: $20

• Refused delivery per stop: $35

• Truck order not used: $15

• Waiting on truck per hour: $20

• Yard checks per hour: $20

• Spotting work: $10 per trailer

• Mountain pass pay: $25 per occurrence

• Daily rate pay: $3-$36 per day after one year of service

• Chaining pay: $30

• Safety training pay per hour: $20

• Compliance duties: $20 per hour

• New hire training: $20 per hour

• Holiday pay per day: $210

• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $78,000

• Daily home time

• Majority no touch freight

• Onsite management
