Graduate Quantity Surveyor or Employers Agent – Cambridge Full-time Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire Work Model: Hybrid Primary Location: UK – Cambridge – Wellbrook Court Job Responsibilities Assist in all aspects of cost management from project definition to completion, including: Pre‑Contract: cost modelling, cost planning, value and risk analysis, procurement and tender management, contract documentation preparation. Post‑Contract: site progress meeting attendance, valuations, change control management. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying (or related discipline) with a minimum 2:1. Preferably a RICS accredited qualification. Skills Effective decision‑making and strong verbal and written communication. Proactive and driven approach, with a commitment to meeting deadlines. Ability to work in a diverse team and support colleagues. Good organisational skills and willingness to seek help when necessary. Additional Requirements Permanent right to work in the UK and/or Ireland is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
