Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator – OTA or PTA to join our Humboldt Area team in a SNF setting. You will provide therapy within your scope of practice and coordinate program operations, acting as liaison and supporting clinicians while managing daily scheduling. Preferred candidates have LTC experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiar with Medicare billing regulations.
