Job Title: MIG Welder Pay: $25/hr to start Schedule: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday-Friday (Some required Saturday Overtime) Location: Ocala, FL (34475) Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (3 months) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join a manufacturing team in Ocala, Florida . This role involves welding, fabrication, and assembly work on steel components used in hydraulic lift trailers. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow drawings, schematics, and fabrication standards. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel components Fabricate and assemble hydraulic lift trailers Read and interpret drawings and schematics Adjust welder settings as needed (heat, speed, etc.) Use basic measuring tools, including a tape measure Maintain a safe and clean work environment Requirements Previous MIG welding experience Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong fabrication skills Ability to read a tape measure accurately Reliable transportation Ability to work the full shift schedule PPE Required Welding hood Welding gloves Steel-toe boots Benefits (Upon Hire) Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) 90‑day review with potential pay increase Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
