Registered Nurse (LTC/SNF)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in long-term care. The position involves providing nursing care to patients in a post-acute setting. The role requires effective communication and compassion while supporting patient needs. You will utilize the EPIC charting system for documentation. A commitment to teamwork and collaboration is essential. Candidates must hold a valid nursing license and BLS certification.
