Job Title: RN - MS/Tele (Medical Surgical/Telemetry)

Location: Warrensville Heights, OH
Job Type: Contract | 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift (3x12s)
Hours: 36 or 48 Hours Available
Shift Time: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong Med/Surg Telemetry experience, excellent clinical assessment skills, and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Medical Surgical and Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify changes in patient conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Respond promptly to patient needs and clinical emergencies
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and quality care initiatives

Requirements:
• Active Ohio RN License or Active Compact State RN License required
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Minimum 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required prior to any travel assignments
• Current AHA BLS Certification required
• Current AHA ACLS Certification required
• Strong cardiac monitoring and patient assessment skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Must successfully complete ECG Rhythm Recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation
• PBDS Assessment Waived
